Contact

Tell us what is not working.

You do not need to know what the problem is called or which service you need. Describe what is happening and we will work out the rest. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

Send us a note

A real person reads these. We usually reply the same business day.

Rough detail is fine. Roughly how many staff you have and how many locations helps us come back with something useful rather than a list of questions.

Or reach us directly

Service area
Orange County on site
Everything else is delivered remotely, which is why we support client teams working across more than 15 countries.

If you think you are being attacked right now

Call rather than email. If a mailbox is compromised, an email to us may be read by whoever is in it. If you are not a client yet, we will still talk to you and tell you what to do in the first hour.

What Happens Next

Three steps, no sales cycle.

1. A conversation

Thirty minutes to understand what you are running, what is bothering you, and whether we are a sensible fit. If we are not, we will tell you in that call rather than three meetings later.

2. An assessment

We document what you actually have across devices, licensing, network, cameras, cloud tenants, and vendor contracts, then write up the risks in plain language. You keep that document whether or not you hire us.

3. A proposal you can read

One monthly number with the licensing and security tools inside it, and any project work quoted separately and fixed before it starts. No add-on pricing that appears later.

What we will not do

Quote you a price over the phone before seeing the environment, because that number always changes. Put you on a call sequence. Or tell you that you need something you do not.
